- Reiki or Crystal Reiki
- Human Design/Chakra Personality Integration
- Sound Therapy (Shamanic drumming, singing bowls, etc.)
- Mindset work
- Guided journey or personally channeled meditation
We start with a quick chat about what you would love during this session, so we have focus.
Then, we get you into a deeply relaxed state so that you can access your innate healing abilities. From there, the session will be intuitively guided.
These sessions are said to bring clarity, lightness, motivation, and for those willing, pain relief. All sessions are infused with reiki.
When signing up, there is an option to record the session. This has been helpful for those that want to talk through some challenges and refer back to their discoveries without having to take a bunch of notes.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
After the healing session is complete, refunds are NOT available. You can, however, get a full refund if you cancel your session up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
